**Job Description**:

We are seeking a Tutor to join our team and support students from grades 1 through 12. The ideal candidate will have tutoring experience and the ability to work will with students of various ages. This role involves developing and implementing effective curricula, incorporating the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) method, and providing personalized academic support to students in the afternoons and evenings. This position is Part-Time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students in grades 1-12

- Develop and customize engaging and effective curriculums 

- Implement the S.T.E.A.M. teaching method in lesson plans

- Monitor and assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure students receive the support they need

- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of tutoring experience with grades 1-12

- Teaching background is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with the S.T.E.A.M. method or willing to learn

- Availability to work afternoons and evenings

- Able to work remotely and/or in-person for 1 hour long tutoring sessions

- Possess at least a high school diploma
