**Job Description**:

We are seeking an Experienced Tutor to join our team and support students from grades 1 through 12. The ideal candidate will have substantial tutoring experience, and a proven track record of successfully running educational camps for kids. This role involves developing and implementing effective curricula, incorporating the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) method, and providing personalized academic support to students in the afternoons and evenings. This position is currently Part-Time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students in grades 1-12

- Develop and customize engaging and effective curriculums 

- Implement the S.T.E.A.M. teaching method in lesson plans

- Run educational camps and activities for kids

- Monitor and assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure students receive the support they need

- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of tutoring experience with grades 1-12

- Experience running educational camps for children

- Teaching background is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with the S.T.E.A.M. method 

- Availability to work afternoons and evenings

- Possess at least a high school diploma
